Course Times
The course runs from Monday to Friday, with 4 lessons per day.
9 am to 10.30 – 10.30 am to 12 – 1 to 2.30 pm – 2.30 to 4 pm

- Day 1 & 2 (Monday & Tuesday 13th & 14th June 2024) – room 1205 (2nd floor, left-hand side)
- Day 3 onward (from the 15th June 2024) – room 1102 (1st floor, left-hand side)
Course Syllabus
The course is split into 4 main parts
- English for Study Skills – Dr Séamus

- English for Academic Purposes – Dr Michael
- English for Communication – Ajarn Pamela
Course Goals
- To develop the communication skills of students
- To provide a learning environment where students feel comfortable to use language effectively and experimentally
- To encourage individual students to own their learning experience
- To encourage individual students to take responsibility for their own learning progress
Course Certificate
Students with over 80% attendance that complete the course successfully will be awarded a certificate.
